Meet Dianne Climenhage, director of operations for Indigenous Pathways

"I think, for non-Indigenous people, it's important to be engaged. It's also important that I don't try to lead this work. This is work that's already happening around me that I can come alongside and support," said Dianne, who graduated from NAIITS: An Indigenous Learning Community in 2022 and joined Indigenous Pathways later that year.

Indigenous Pathways welcomes Dianne Climenhage as director of operations

Dianne plays a critical role in the next stage of Indigenous Pathways’ development. With skills in finance, fund development, staff management and community engagement, Dianne will build our team, taking administrative responsibility while maintaining our deep commitment to community.

Dianne is married to Marty and has two adult children. She completed her Master’s degree with NAIITS in 2022. She is well-integrated into our family and has “taken the walk” at the 2022 NAIITS convocation and symposium.

Join us in welcoming Dianne to the team.
